The book is already on sale 📖

My joy knows no bounds. The book is now available on Amazon in two formats — digital and physical. There are already the first orders, and people are sending me photos showing that they’ve already started reading 🥹 Some even joke that they’re waiting for my autograph — which is incredibly sweet. At the same time, I’m honestly very nervous. I really want this book to be suitable for people of all ages — something both children and adults can read and enjoy. So if you haven’t ordered the book yet, I encourage you to follow the link and start this journey. And of course, I’m truly looking forward to your feedback. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FZXMBZ6W?ref=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cso_cp_apin_dp_AGB4YW5KJ6BEKZS9N1GK&ref_=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cso_cp_apin_dp_AGB4YW5KJ6BEKZS9N1GK&social_share=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cso_cp_apin_dp_AGB4YW5KJ6BEKZS9N1GK&bestFormat=true&titleSource=true&dplnkId=64adde07-f25f-4ed7-a169-c4e535609c72&nodl=1 Моя радість не має меж. West Point Army

We had an exciting tournament that took place on December 7. We played at home against teams from West Point Army. An interesting fact about this university: students there are trained for military service and will become future U.S. soldiers. In addition to their military training, they are required to practice all Olympic sports. That is why we regularly play against them — to help improve their game skills. As a result of the tournament, we achieved two victories: New York – West Point JV — 45:3 New York – West Point Varsity — 40:26 Such large score differences are uncommon in handball, so the matches were very dynamic. We ran a lot and worked on combinations and fast-break attacks, which we plan to use in future games against professional teams. Overall, it was a very valuable and useful experience for us. У нас відбувся цікавий турнір, який пройшов 7 грудня. Ми грали вдома проти команд із West Point Army. Цікавий факт про цей університет: там навчаються майбутні вій...

My book

If someone had told me that one day I would write a book, I would have laughed. For a long time, I wondered whether I should even get into this, whether I would be able to handle it, whether it would be useful to the people who read it, and whether I could convey my thoughts clearly. But I decided to try, because without trying, I would never know the result. To be honest, gathering my thoughts in the right order to create a well-structured, easy-to-read book was not easy. So stay tuned — my book about handball, the passion and purpose of my entire life, will be coming soon.

My first tournament as a coach💪

On November 16, 2025, I took part in my very first tournament as a coach. To say that I was scared and pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. It was a friendly tournament among girls and boys, where we, as experienced players, served as coaches and referees. I had the honor of coaching the New York Stars team. We played three games, and based on the points earned, my team took first place. We were incredibly happy — it felt as if I was the one playing, not the kids. By the end of the tournament, I was completely exhausted. Our club treated all participants to pizza and soda, and we happily headed home.
💪 Chicago Tournament Recap Well, it’s time to sum up our tournament that took place in Chicago from October 24 to 26 between six teams. We finished in third place. Honestly, I was sure we could win this tournament, but we were missing a bit of team chemistry, tactics, and endurance (especially me — I really lacked endurance 😅). It was a tough experience, both mentally and physically. After the first game against Boston, which we won 29–16, I caught myself thinking: do I really need all this again? But when the tournament ended, I was filled with positive emotions. We became much closer with the girls on the team — and that makes me truly happy ❤️ Now it’s time for a new challenge. We have three months to prepare for the next tournament, which will take place in San Francisco, California. I honestly can’t wait! 🔥
